Louis Bouron is an exceptional cognac that is hand-bottled and crafted in a family tradition passed down for five generations. In 1832, knowing that a truly remarkable cognac requires a blend of grapes from the finest districts within the Cognac Region, the Bouron family acquired vineyards in three of the premier growing areas or crus: |
|
| |
Petite Champagne - for its luxurious characteristics |
| |
Borderies - for its light bouquet |
| |
Fin Bois - for its supple roundness |
|
| Today the tradition continues.

After harvesting and pressing the grapes, we distill the wine twice in copper stills. The resulting eau-de-vie is then aged in oak barrels from the Limousin and Troncais forests. These exclusive oaks tame and age the eau-de-vie, slowly transforming it into a softened, balanced, and fragrant spirit with golden color. Each bottle of Louis Bouron Cognac is the work of our Cellar Master, applying strict control and knowledge passed down through several generations, as he relies on his judgment of taste and smell to assemble our cognac. Eau-de-vie of different ages and from our three premier growing areas is carefully blended together in several steps throughout the aging process. The result of this intensive process is the highest quality cognac, which is then hand-bottled, to bring you a cognac that is truly one of a kind. |
