Our eau-de-vie is aged in oak barrels for up to 35 years – more than 28 years longer than the minimum required by law. This extensive maturing process yields a mellow cognac that is deep golden amber in color, with woody spice and light floral notes. Our X.O. is rich, well-balanced and complex, with lingering flavors of nut and spices. |
