Olive Oil Hair Treatment
Extra
virgin olive oil has great penetrating abilities for the
skin and hair due to its high content of oleic acid, a monounsaturated
fatty acid (MUFA), and antioxidants such as vitamin E and
polyphenols. Because extra virgin olive oil contains these
naturally therapeutic properties it is often an ingredient
in Mediterranean hair and skin care products. We recommend
the following hair treatments using extra virgin olive oil:

of your hand. |

stroke on dry or frizzy ends of wet or dry hair.

putting oil directly on the scalp, as this will
cause hair to become heavy and oily. |
